If Charmed taught us anything it’s the power of three.
And it sounds like it took a bit of charm to get Prince William on board for another baby Cambridge.
Can you believe it’s already been a week since Kensington Palace officially announced that Duchess Catherine and Prince William, both 35, are expecting their third child together.
The palace shared with the world that the pregnant royal is suffering from severe morning sickness, a condition known as hyperemesis gravidarum.
As a result, she had to miss Prince George’s first day at school.
With such a debilitating illness, it isn’t surprising that William didn’t want to see his wife go through that hardship for a third time.
And now, reports have revealed that “Kate had to sweet talk a more ‘reluctant’ William into having a new addition.”
An insider told the *Sunday Express: “Kate always wanted more than two children, it was William who needed to be persuaded.”
“As one of three, Kate wanted at least three. William was more reluctant, not just because he was one of two, but because George was quite a difficult baby.”
“Then they had Charlotte and she was a lot easier. Now the idea of a newborn doesn’t seem half as challenging, they’ve done it twice before and they’ve got all their staff in place.”

Indeed, Wills and Kate’s third baby is a yet again a huge break in royal tradition for the very modern family.
They are the first couple in The Queen’s immediate family to have a third child in a whopping 58 years!
Although Queen Elizabeth has four kids, all of her own children including Prince Charles, Princess Anne, Prince Andrew and Prince Edward have two offspring.
Meanwhile, it seems Prince William has since changed his tune.
After the royal announcement was made, the father-of-two said he was delighted to be expanding his family once more.
He did, however, admit there is “not much sleep” going on at home.
“We just need Kate to get over this first bit, then we can start celebrating next week.”
Kate’s rogue uncle Gary Goldsmith seems to think his niece plans to create a Cambridge clan.
“She’s a natural mother. I wonder if she will stop at three? I doubt it. They are having such fun with the babies,” he jokingly tweeted.
While the first trimester has always been difficult for Kate, the couple are again receiving lots of support from their nearest and dearest.
But no matter how ill Kate is feeling, we’re told nothing will take away her joy.
Even more excited are George, four, and Charlotte, two, who can’t wait to meet their siblings.
Our source told us that the royal parents sat them down and broke the news the day before the announcement came from the palace.
“George was incredibly excited, telling his mum and dad that he was going to be the best big brother,” the insider explained to Woman’s Day.
