The Bachelor was a rollercoaster of emotions last night which ended with brunette beauty Jacinda Gugliemino coming to a mutual agreement with the bachelor, Sam Wood, that her time has come to an end.
But all is not lost for the 33-year-old who revealed to News.com.au that thanks to her appearance on the show, she was able to find true love on the outside!
“On The Bachelor, I really got to understand myself better and work out where I was going wrong in relationships,” she said.
Before adding: “To be honest, I definitely wouldn’t have given it a chance (with my boyfriend). And that’s because I wouldn’t have seen the qualities in him that I really needed if I hadn’t been on the show.”
Jacinda actually met her new flame prior to The Bachelor filming and despite choosing to keep his details private, she agreed that her experience on the show helped lead her to love.
After feeling duped on a single date, which actually ended up being a replica of two of the other girls dates, the children’s entertainer realised her and Sam were not a great match.
“I felt that we were being made fun of,” she explained, before continuing: “But also I thought, we’re just friends and I have to leave because a lot of the other girls are invested. And I can’t see it progressing (with Sam and I) now.”
The former contestant also has her predictions for who will get the bling at the end, “Heather is very invested in him, I think Emily is very invested in him – he’s definitely her type and Sarah is too.”
