In her book Cheryl said that when she asked Victoria about her sylph-like figure Victoria replied, “When they say, I’m too thin, I just think, ‘You know what? I’m happy to be thin. I’m into fashion and I like being able to wear whatever I like. It’s my business, and if other people don’t like it, that’s their business.'”

However of late the negative attention seems to have softened and Victoria is being celebrated for her immaculate appearance every time she sets foot on the red carpet.

Recently the former Spice Girl has been unravelling the shroud of mystery around her diet and giving her Twitter followers a sneak-peek into her eating habits revealing her top tips to staying in shape.

Victoria Beckham has carved out a successful career as an entrepreneur and now the mother-of-four and adored beauty icon is letting her fans in on her superfood secrets.
