Lia Sintras was born with cerebral palsy and because of her condition she has been in a wheelchair ever since she could remember.
Cerebral palsy is a permanent life-long condition which has meant over the course of Lia’s short life she has endured multiple surgeries and regular therapy sessions in a bid to stretch and straighten her limbs into manageable obedience.
But last year in spite of her physical adversities, this teenage girl from Sydney’s inner west inspired everyone with her first courageous steps.
