I fit a five-minute ab routine into any exercise I do.

And even when Iโ€™m not doing a workout, Iโ€™ll somehow fit a plank into my day.

Do you have cheat days or take time off?

I go by the 80/20 rule. I eat healthy when I can, so when Iโ€™m tempted by something I love, I can go for it.

You have to listen to your body. I work out six days and always have a rest day.

You recently shared your own personal body image struggles. What made you want to tell your story?

It was important to share that because I donโ€™t want girls to have unrealistic expectations. I want to be a positive role model for the younger generation. Iโ€™ve gone through some really low points, but thatโ€™s how Iโ€™ve got to where I am today. There are good days and bad.

Iโ€™m never going to be perfect and thatโ€™s OK because no-one is. I know Iโ€™m healthy, and that makes me happy. Before a big shoot, Iโ€™ll train a little harder and change my diet to more of the 90/10 rule.
