Whatโs your current fave workout?
Boxing! Iโve been doing it for the last year.
It makes me feel strong and makes me sweat like nothing else.

Whatโs the secret to your flawless tum?
I fit a five-minute ab routine into any exercise I do.
And even when Iโm not doing a workout, Iโll somehow fit a plank into my day.
Do you have cheat days or take time off?
I go by the 80/20 rule. I eat healthy when I can, so when Iโm tempted by something I love, I can go for it.
You have to listen to your body. I work out six days and always have a rest day.
You recently shared your own personal body image struggles. What made you want to tell your story?
It was important to share that because I donโt want girls to have unrealistic expectations. I want to be a positive role model for the younger generation. Iโve gone through some really low points, but thatโs how Iโve got to where I am today. There are good days and bad.
Iโm never going to be perfect and thatโs OK because no-one is. I know Iโm healthy, and that makes me happy. Before a big shoot, Iโll train a little harder and change my diet to more of the 90/10 rule.
