Ever since I was little I used to struggle with my weight constantly. Then one year, I just started to eat little meals throughout the day. I eat about six little tiny meals a day, and maybe a larger lunch. Everything is healthy and nutritious. Over one year I’ve dropped from a size 16 to a 10!
Also, another tip, you can eat everything — in moderation. A little pack of crisps (my poison) once a month, is ok, a small piece of chocolate once a week, is ok.
