The My Kitchen Rules TV host, who has caused some controversy with his dietary claims, paints a Utopian picture of a future in which people start “vibrating differently” and embrace meditation and big picture thinking.
Next communities and tribes (he refers to his Paleo followers as his “tribe”) would join up with “having some really big thought leaders that are functioning on the most beautiful plain and it just comes from love”.
“I’m going a bit deep here but I think this is the future,” he tells personal trainer Sam Feltham, of UK diet group Smash The Fat in the video chat posted two months ago on YouTube.
“Food is important but it’s not the be all and end all… but I think it is a portal to conscious reawakening for a lot of people.”
