“I think you need to just embrace it, because of the fact that your body is changing,” the mum-to-be told the Daily Mail at a Westfield event in Sydney on Thursday.
The 34-year-old added: “I think it’s nice, you should just be proud – you’re a mum-to-be and your growing and changing and you’re actually just experiencing what a woman’s body’s meant to do.”
The brunette stunner, who is expecting her first child with husband Michael Clarke, explained that she was willing to give up her famous skin-tight threads as her belly expanded: “I think it’s all about free-flowing dresses and things that are just easy to wear.”
“And it’s the quality of fabrics, especially that the Australian designers create their amazing ranges with, really assist you when you’re pregnant,” she continued.
The model also explained that she and Michael love chatting to their unborn baby.
“I think that’s a nice way to mother your child,” she told the website.
Before adding: “I hear listening to music is great for them and their growth, so that’s something I like to do of a night, put on the headphones with some nice relaxing music, hopefully they get into a nice relaxing pattern – that’s the plan.”
After announcing their pregnancy in July on Instagram, Michael and Kyly jetted off to Europe for a romantic escape.
But Kyly was quickly back to work at an even for Westfield where stopped the show, looking fab in a stunning navy blue dress and black accessories.
