Kim Kardashian looks incredible during family beach day!

Kim Kardashian and her svelte 54-kilogram figure hit the beach for a family day with her two kids, North and Saint, at Casa Aramara in Punta Mita, Mexico on August 18.

The reality star showed off her slimmed-down physique in a nude-coloured string bikini as she built sandcastles alongside her daughter and son, who perfectly reflected their muma’s style in pint-sized matching swimwear.

And while the world continues to be treated with more glimpses of adorable baby Saint, many can’t help but note just how incredible Kim’s curves looked as she enjoyed the quality time with her and her husband’s mini-mes.

The Keeping Up with the Kardashians star has been very vocal about her weight loss journey since the birth of her son in December last year.

After a gruelling diet and exercise plan plus a non-surgical tummy tuck, it’s clear that Kim is finally feeling comfortable in her skin.

North and Saint loved playing on the beach with their mum!

The trio rocked coordinating looks in beige swim suits.

Last week, Kim underwent the non-invasive procedure conducted by her beloved cosmetic dermatologist, Dr. Simon Ourian.

According to the expert’s site, “The collagen layer of the skin is heated up so that the skin contracts under the laser’s effects,” he explains of the treatment.

“The tightening of the skin is noticeable right away after you have the procedure and there is generally little recovery time following the laser skin tightening.”

Taking to Snapchat throughout the procedure, Kim mused: “Dr. Ourian time #HateHimNowLoveHimLater.”

Kim’s hard work and dedication is clearly paying off!

The sisters share plenty in common, including their cosmetic surgeon of choice!

The mother-of-two has been on a mission to get slim-Kim back ever since the birth of her eight-month-old last December.

The selfie queen revealed her motivation to lose weight in a tell-all blog post on her site earlier this week.

“Having a positive self-image has always been important to me because it affects so many aspects of my life: My work, my relationship with my husband and my life as a mum,” she wrote.

The social media maven went on to explain that after the birth to her daughter North she was “nervous about whether I’d be able to get back to anywhere near my pre-pregnancy weight and feel confident again.”

After “a good six or seven months”, the brunette beauty finally felt like herself again, which is why she “decided to set goals” for herself to make the bounce back easier when it came to welcoming her second child.

“I was motivated, but it was tough!” she quipped, adding “It isn’t easy to just bounce back.”

But Kim pushed through her doubts, and with the help of her rapper husband, who she says is both her biggest supporter and toughest critic, she was able to “feel confident about owning all my curves and showing them off.”

So how exactly has Kim surpassed her 30 kilogram weight loss goal? Well, the answer to that lies on her dinner plate, which contains a range foods carefully constructed from a trusted celebrity meal plan called the Atkins diet.

The renowned celebrity diet is nothing new to the A-lister, who previously turned to the Atkins diet after the birth of her first daughter North in 2013.

To get slim Kim back, the mother-of-two has indulged in a variety of foods including proteins in the form of fish, chicken, eggs and meat, lots of colourful vegetables and low-glycemic fruits such as berries and cantaloupe.

For her daily serve of dairy, Kim munches away on Greek yogurt and some (but not all) cheeses, and healthy fats like nuts, avocados and olive oil – all the while staying hydrated by consuming 1.3 – 1.8 litres of water.

The star’s strict diet is key to her weight loss success.

Nowadays, Kim’s day on a plate would begin with a breakfast made up of rolled oats, strawberries and pecans.

For lunch, the brunette beauty would munch away on a turkey burger with chipotle aioli, tomato, pickles and onions, and for dinner the TV personality would eat grilled chicken with asparagus, tomato and mozzarella.

To tide over the mid-morning and early-arvo tummy grumbles, she would also snack on assorted fruits and veggies, from cherry tomatoes, capsicum, peaches and honeydew melon.

The diet actually sounds rather delicious and perhaps more importantly, achievable.

And it’s easy to see the hard work pay off!

As a meal plan, it aims to promote a quick but steady weight loss in the body by keeping carbohydrate consumption to around 40 grams per day, all the while keeping your daily calorie intake from around 1500 to 1800.

And because we simply can’t have one without the other, Kim also incorporates regular workout sessions into her daily routine.

By working her trainer Don performing repetitions of 20 hill sprints, sets of sit-ups, jogging for endurance and stretches to lengthen muscle, she has been able to slim down and tone up at the same time.
