“I think all diets are kind of weird. The word ‘die’ is in it,” the reality star told Nova 96.9 radio hosts Fitzy and Wippa.

“I believe in lifestyle changes, and when you think of something long term, you do it better. If I know I just have to eat this way for a week, how does that help you for the long term? It doesn’t.”

For the youngest Kardashian sister it is all about small, sustainable steps.

“I’ve made major cutbacks. I used to love soda. So I’ve cut out soda completely and I’ll drink iced tea or water for what I drink throughout my day. I just made that like a lifestyle change,” she told the Aussie stars.

“I’ll do like one thing, like, a month. I’ll just cut something off little by little, and then it just becomes like a part of your life. You don’t even think about it.”

Plus, it helps that she has personal trainer to the stars, Gunnar Peterson, at her beck and call!

“I’m just obsessed with him. I really am. He has changed my body, but he’s not militant. Gunner is, like, really proud and sweet and positive in that way, and also he comes from a place of ‘yes.’ So if I’m like, ‘I want Beyoncé’s booty,’ he’ll say, ‘Okay, we’re gonna do that.’ He’s not like, ‘Well, you can’t because you’re a foot taller than her.’ He just is very positive,” the 31-year-old shared.

And the results are easy to see with the beloved TV personality shedding around 27-kilograms.

We’ve been keeping up with how good Khloe Kardashian has been looking lately. The youngest Kardashian sibling has been sizzling.

Khloe, pictured in 2007, has had a complete style and body overhaul but instead of a Hollywood fad diet (no creepy placenta facials this time!), she is making small and sustainable changes.

It’s all about waist, treble! The Kardashians ADORES a bit of waist training and loves showing it off.

Kourtney’s personal trainer, Gunnar Peterson, has been helping her make positive changes in her life.

It’s all about moderation! The star has cut out all soft drink but allows the odd indulgence every now and then.

Nothing gets Khloe going than a workout session with her sisters. “I try to work out five days a week. It’s a lot, but I feel great when I do it. On the weekend I have a gym in my community. I try to do cardio. You just turn on some junk TV and you don’t realize what you’re doing, and I love that.”

Phwoar! This Kardashian is seriously sizzling.
