According to TMZ, the rapper has headed home from the UCLA Medical Center to be with his wife Kim Kardashian and their two children.
TMZ claims the 39-year-old was escorted by Kim and his own medical professional, Dr. Michael Farzam.
Sources tell the site the father-of-two is by no means “out of the woods” and his health will continue to be monitored.
Meanwhile a pal close to the couple told People that the star is happy to be back home and taking it easy.
“He is home, getting some rest. Kanye is at home with Kim and the kids. He seems okay and happy to be home. Kim’s family is visiting,” an insider explained.
“Kanye will continue to receive treatment and help with how to cope with stress. He needs to learn how to better balance his work and family life.”
Kanye is said to be resting at home, surrounded by his family.
In the lead up to his breakdown, US Weekly claims him and Kim were clashing.
“They were fighting because he was impossible to live with,” an insider tells.
Kanye was hospitalised last week when fears for his mental state were raised.
