Celebrities… They’re just like us!
Turns out, even the most health- and diet-conscious stars feel the need to give into their cravings, but Khloe Kardashian has konfessed that she knows where to draw the line.
“I normally give myself what I crave, though – I just do it in moderation,” she wrote in a blog post on her exclusive site this week.
“I believe that if you want chocolate, go for it, but only have a handful…or else you’re definitely going to binge later.”
Since her weightloss journey kicked off around two years ago, the Keeping Up with the Kardashians star has spoken openly about her tips and tricks to avoid falling off the wagon.
While she now admits that she has trained her new body to consume “like 5 litres of water a day” instead of snacking aimlessly, she also confessed the simple, yet effective way she began making healthier choices.
“My biggest tip for starting off strong is to swap out some common foods you eat for healthier versions,” she wrote.
“Instead of serving a cream cheese-based dip at a party, set out high-protein hummus. Bonus points if you serve with veggies instead of crackers. White pasta is high in refined carbs, which means it won’t keep you full for very long.”
Instead, Khloe suggests “vegetable noodles made from zucchini or squash”, which she says tastes just as good once smothered in sauce.
And for those salty snacks: “Replace salty potato chips that are packed with fatty oils with baked kale chips. I swear these can be addicting!”
Speaking out on her fitness mantras, the 31-year-old also revealed the key to her undying motivation, which sees her accomplishing not one, but two gym sessions daily.
“You never regret a workout, but you always regret not going.
“Recently, I flaked on my second workout because I just couldn’t do it! I felt bad about it at first, but told myself, ‘I did it already today.'”

Don, who goes by DB, developed the Matrix Method combining his skills as a fitness educator and principles learned as a lifetime athlete and coach.
