Each week we have brought you a new video from the popular new barre workout – targeting a different body part each time. Every exercise has been designed so you can do it at home.

Performed together, this series of exercises will help you to get a long, lean, dancer’s body – and help you to be bikini-ready for the long, hot summer ahead.

Over the past six weeks we have worked on toning our legs, bottoms, arms, tummies, core and thighs. In this final video, we’re going to work our upper body.
