Radio presenter Jackie O has provided a candid update on her weight loss journey.
The Weight Watchers ambassador took to Instagram to give her fans the latest when it comes to her health and fitness.
In the personal, sit-down video, the former Masked Singer judge began: “Hey guys, I just wanted to keep you up to date with my journey on WW (Weight Watchers).
“As you know, I started last year and my goal weight was to lose 10 kilos, which I did. And then I fell off the wagon and it was a little bit embarrassing being the ambassador for WW and admitting that, ‘Hey, I went through a little rough patch where I wasn’t being as good as I should’.”
She went on commend the WW team for their support.
“The lesson I learned was that it’s not about beating yourself up or being too hard on yourself. It’s okay. We all do that. We all fall off the wagon when it comes to eating healthy, you know, we go through weeks or months where we, we don’t eat the things that we should.”
The radio host then revealed she has started her weight loss journey again.
“I have lost six kilos already. Uh, I started a little while back, but I still have a little way to go. I just wanted to keep you up to date on my journey.
“If you wanna follow me on it, um, feel free to DM me, tell me your story, because it’s just about changing our lifestyle and, and that’s what I’m trying to do so hope you guys can help me out and join me or encourage each other.”

The comments were overwhelmingly supportive, from both friends and fans.
Former Biggest Loser coach Michelle Bridges penned: “Go get it Jackie! We love you ❤️❤️❤️.”
Meanwhile, Melissa Hoyer added: “Go girl! I think I need to join this journey. Love you. ❤️❤️❤️.”
And Sally Obermeder wrote: “You’re the best Jac ❤️❤️❤️❤️.”
It was a year ago that Jackie announced she was embarking on a health journey, revealing she lost 10kg and telling Woman’s Day that she finally got her confidence back.
“I feel great. I’ve got so much more energy and I don’t walk past the mirror anymore and think, ‘My God, how did I get to this point?'” she said.
The new godmother to co-host Kyle Sandilands’ baby also spoke about her unhealthy relationship with food, saying that she doesn’t want to be “stick-thin”, just healthy.
“Carbs and wine are two of my favourite things in life, so when someone tells me I can have those two things and still lose weight, I am on board!”
