You can now eat like Beyoncé, thanks to her new 22-day vegan meal delivery service.
The global superstar has joined forces with her trainer MarcoBorges to launch the new 22 day diet.
The company is called 22 Days Nutrition following the mindset that it takes 21 days to break a bad habit.
A statement released by the company said Beyoncé became interested after she “took the 22 Days Nutrition challenge in the winter of 2013 with her husband, JAY Z, and has since made an effort to include more plant-based foods in her everyday diet.”
“If I can do it, anyone can. I am excited to partner with him,” said the singer.
So what does Queen Bey offer on the menu?
The diet includes 100% plant-based, made with organic ingredients, non-GMO, gluten free, soy free and dairy free. Menu items include vanilla chia pudding, zucchini pasta with cherry tomatoes, sweet potato, basil, and hemp ‘parmesan’, and black bean and quinoa salad with quick cumin dressing
Unfortunately, the meal plan is only available in America, but with Beyoncé slowly taking over the world we’re sure it will reach our shores soon enough!
