Fashion says they’re fat – we say they’re fabulous!

They’re tall, curvaceous and breathtakingly beautiful but in the fashion world, these women are forced to call themselves “plus-sized”.

In the unforgiving world of modelling, anything bigger than a size 10 is considered “plus”, despite the fact that the average Australian woman is a size 16.

It’s something Aussie supermodel Robyn Lawley completely disagrees with and if she had her way, she’d turn the tables on her skinny counterparts.

“I’m normal size,” she says. “I wish we could all be known as models, rather than ‘plus-size’. It’s skinny models who should be called ‘minus size’.”
