Summer is here. It’s the season for salads, soft fruits and outdoor eating. You hardly want to spend hours in the kitchen, yet at the same time you need to feel satisfied after each meal you eat. So it’s quick easy meals with little or no fuss, loads of antioxidants and fresh, fresh, fresh!

And of course it’s the time of year when we do a little more socialising, so the odd glass of wine here and there is more realistic than total abstinence.

To make you feel even better than ever, why not try and detoxify your system during these lovely, long summer days. Encourage sweat to eliminate waste through your pores and, with this high-fibre diet rich in plant food, even more toxins will be expelled through bodily waste. You’ll notice the difference in no time — weight loss, increased energy, improved sleep and glowing skin are just a few of the many benefits to be felt with this meal plan.
