In July 2016, the nude pin-up model mocked an innocent woman changing in a gym on Snapchat with the caption, “if I can’t unsee this then you can’t either.”

According to News.com.au, Mathers pleaded no contest to the charge of misdemeanour invasion of privacy back in November, however, last week, Mathers’ motion to dismiss the charge was denied.

Instead, this week, in Los Angeles Superior Court, the 30-year-old was sentenced to 45 days in jail or 30 days of community service removing graffiti.

Her lawyer, Diana Cole, has stated that Mathers will clean graffiti.

Mathers had a choice: take the jail sentence or clean graffiti for a month.

As previously reported by TMZ, the woman, who is in her seventies, wanted to proceed with prosecution.

At the time of the cruel Snapchat post, Mathers claimed she never meant to make the post public as she was only trying to send the image to a friend.

After the uproar, the she took to Twitter to apologise for her actions.

“There is no excuse,” she wrote on Twitter. “I understand fully the magnitude of this post that I have hurt a lot of people, women. Body shaming is not okay…and not something to joke about.”

Regardless of her apology and conviction, she has been banned for life from LA Fitness, stood down from Playmate duties indefinitely and lost her job at a local radio station.
