Daily habits of fit people

We all know personal trainers are super-motivated people who are ok with ditching the fries for a bowl of steamed vegies.

Here, three fitness experts tell our Health Director, Sheree Mutton, their top tips for keeping off those extra kilos.

Make sure you take a few minutes to relax, think and process your day, avoid your phone and ensure to get a good eight hours of sleep, so going to bed at 10pm for a 6am wake up. Sleep is the only time your body gets some much need physical restoration, it’s when we actually burn fat and metabolise all of the things we need to deal with. Sleep is the foundation of your help, so make it happen!”
