The Dream Girls star slimmed down for her role by doing the maple syrup diet. This consists of drinking detox drinks made up of a syrup mixed with lemon juice, water and cayenne pepper and not eating much else.

The 43-year-old super model mum is a fan of The Zone diet. This diet is all about monitoring your daily intake of calories which, according to The Zone, should include 40 per cent of carbohydrates, 30 per cent of proteins, and 30 per cent of fat. The focus of this diet is long-term with promises to burn more fat, increase energy levels, curb your appetite and of course, loose weight.

Drew Barrymore keeps her body trim and toned through serious exercise. The actress runs eight kilometres three times a week to keep herself looking good!
