UK Love Island star Sophie Gradon was found dead less than one month ago in her home near Newcastle. It was later reported the 32-year-old had taken her own life.
Her boyfriend, Aaron Armstrong, 25, confirmed the death of the British TV star and former Miss Great Britain winner. He was also reportedly the one who found his girlfriend’s body.
This morning, Police tragically confirmed that Aaron Armstrong had been found dead in his UK home, just weeks after losing his girlfriend.
“At around 12.20pm today we received a report that a 25-year-old man had been found deceased at a property in Blyth,” a police spokesperson confirmed.
“There is not believed to be any third party involvement and a report will now be prepared for the coroner.”
The news of Aaron Armstrong’s death came only a few hours after he posted an emotional tribute to Sophie on Instagram.
“[I] miss you so much man Sophie not a minute goes by with out your gorgeous smile being a picture in my mind everyday we spent together was so amazing I need them days back. I love you princess,” the heart breaking caption read.
Despite her bubbly public personality, Sophie had faced a long and ongoing battle with depression.
