After suffering a serious back injury in January, billionaire media mogul Rupert Murdoch has been lying low.
So much so that friends were seriously concerned about the 87-year-old’s health.
But as our exclusive pictures reveal, the 21st Century Fox boss, who’s holidaying in the glitzy South of France with wife Jerry Hall, is back on his feet and clearly feeling better than ever.
“I’m doing great,” insists Australian-born business man Rupert Murdoch. “I appreciate if anyone is worried about me but they shouldn’t be.”

The French Rivera – and his wife Jerry – seem to have Rupert back on track.
Fears for Rupert’s health were sparked after he suffered a compression fracture to his back after slipping on son Lachlan’s $30m yacht in the Caribbean.
Following the accident, Rupert had to be airlifted to hospital. Since then, the usually very-hands-on CEO was noticeably less involved in his businesses while he slowly recuperated at his LA home.
“He’s largely MIA,” commented a company insider. Some also wondered if Rupert, who married model Jerry in March 2016, was even testing retirement following a $70.4AUSD mega deal to sell most of his company’s assets to Disney.

But the media mogul is on the mend and ruling the waves.
But no-nonsense Rupert’s now shot down any talk of retirement. “I’ve been busy with meetings at home and I’m looking forward to being back in the office in a couple of weeks,” he says.
But not before a sundrenched French vacay with Jerry first! The smitten pair were in St Tropez to celebrate Jerry’s 62nd birthday on July 2nd.
Married life seems to be going swimmingly.
Following their whirlwind romance, the pair wed in London in 2016.
“Feel like the luckiest AND happiest man in world,” Rupert said at the time.
“He’s completely wonderful,” Jerry has gushed about her husband while insiders close to Rupert say that he’s ‘very happy and completely in love,’ with his fourth wife.
Now that his health’s on the mend it looks like business as usual for Rupert!
After their dip, Rupert and Jerry enjoyed a walk in the sunshine with their cute pooch.
