Blake Lively unveils the “Fit Dude” responsible for her timeless physique

It’s not even been a year since Blake Lively gave birth to her baby girl and the mum has unveiled her secret weapon to looking fabulous: celebrity trainer Don Saladino.

The former Gossip Girl star is no longer keeping mum about her phenomenal post-baby physique, taking to Instagram to share her tips.

“This fit dude, @DonSaladino NOSE how to kick my butt (See what I did there),” she penned while grabbing her trainer’s nose and looking trim and toned in a black work-out ensemble.

“#WhyIsCelluliteSoMuchCuterOnBabies. You’ll die over his training on Broadway. Officially a maniac. Which is of course why we get along,” she added.

Blake nose how to pick ’em! The mum-of-one shared this post-workout snap with her trainer, Don Saladino.

Don, who trains everyone from Blake, her hubby Ryan Reynolds, Ryan Gosling, Hugh Jackman and Scarlett Johansson chatted to Vogue about getting in shape.

“Get an ample amount of rest each night. I recommend seven to nine hours and make sure your training is fun. There is no ‘best program’ – so have fun and experiment to keep it interesting. I like to switch programs up usually every four to 12 weeks,” he recommended.

While Blake jokes that he’s a maniac, the celebrity trainer does have this message: “One thing one should keep in mind when training is that you do not have to be perfect.

In a seven-day span I want 80 percent of it perfect. Leave the other 20 percent to do your best.”

It’s barely been a year since Blake gave birth to baby James and she looks healthy and fantastic!

And it seems like this mantra works a treat for the 28-year-old.

It’s been a busy year for Mrs Ryan Reynolds. The hot mama is not only raising her darling girl, she’s been kicking butt promoting her fabulous new film, The Age of Adaline.

The face of L’Oreal revealed she adored researching the costume and make-up for her role as the timeless Adaline, who never ages.

“There’s a reason, when you look at pictures of women from the ’20s, their faces look almost flat or deadened by makeup, [whereas] now it’s alive and dewy and metallic,” she explained. “It’s because of what they were putting on their face, the lead or the different things that affected the way they looked.”

Ryan shared this snap of his daughter.

In fact the star admitted that the script for this film, which also stars Harrison Ford and Michiel Huisman, was too good to pass up – despite originally wanting to take a break from acting.

“I wanted to take a bigger break,” Blake told Yahoo.

“It had only been like seven months at that point, [but] I thought, ‘I cannot not be in this movie.'”

While promoting her film in New York, the fashionable mother-of-one accomplished a phenomenal eight looks in one day.

Blake with her hubby Ryan channels her timeless beauty, mum like her on-screen character, Adaline.

Blake, who styles herself, explained to Time magazine that her style is all about mixing it up with a range of high-meets-low pieces.

“I’ll wear a fancy designer coat or handbag but with a Forever 21 shirt. I love to—you’ll think this is a plug for the site, but I love to preserve things that are old and give them new life. ‘Is this Chanel?’ ‘No, Forever 21, on sale for $3!’ But you pair it with something you had to save up for… or something you shouldn’t have bought and you tear up the receipt so your husband won’t see it.”

Something tells us that Ryan will let Blake’s shopping antics slide!
