The positive results that come from this practice are [well known by Duchess Meghan], who was on her way to becoming a wellness guru before she met Prince Harry, – in fact it was her mum Doria Ragland who got her into the workout.

“My mom is a yoga instructor, and I started doing mommy-and-me yoga with her when I was seven. I was very resistant as a kid, but she said, ‘Flower, you will find your practice – just give it time.’ In college, I started doing it more regularly,” she told Best Health in 2016.

During her time on the show Suits, she admitted to attending hot yoga classes several times a week. The former actress also shared that it improved her flexibility, muscle strength, happiness, better mental focus, and sleep.

“Yoga is my thing,” Meghan confessed in 2016.

Whilst yoga’s been big in Australia for years, for many of us, we haven’t been able to continue our routine because of extended lockdowns.
