Victoria Beckham is known to make some bold fashion choices, but her latest one might be her bravest yet.
In a moment that’s got everyone talking, the former Spice Girl has delivered a poignant message by wearing a plain white tee featuring a very important detail.
Taking to her Instagram on Wednesday, Victoria shared a candid selfie with her signature sultry pose.
But it was more what she was wearing as opposed to what she looked like that got everyone talking.
Indeed Beckham’s plain white tee featured a colourful statement: “Everyone deserves love”.
Accompanying the photo, Beckham wrote the caption: “In commemoration of the 50th anniversary of the Stonewall uprising, I wanted to celebrate the #LGBTQ+ community and their continued message of positive change and inclusivity.”
Beckham then revealed she had teamed up with the Albert Kennedy Trust to create the t-shirt, the proceeds of which will go to the charity that supports people who have been made homeless because of their sexuality.
“I have always felt a deep connection to the LGBTQ+ community and am proud to help support their fight for equality,” the former pop-singer ended her caption.
We can’t help but applaud the fashionable mum-of-four – the t-shirt looks great, and has a great cause to boot.
While the t-shirt is definitely on the pricier side (AUD $175), that hasn’t stopped it from completely selling out online as fans flock to purchase their own.
The singer isn’t the only Brit who’s recently showed their support for the amazing charity.
The very same day Victoria released her T-shirts, Prince William attended an engagement with key members from the Albert Kennedy Trust, where he spoke candidly about social issues that affect the LGBT community.
During the event, William was asked how he would react if any of his three children came out as gay.
“I think, you really don’t start thinking about that until you are a parent, and I think — obviously absolutely fine by me,” the Prince said.
His open response has been met with praise by many, especially given the topic is a rare one for royals to address.
