And so the unashamed and fevered obsession with Meghan Markle’s sartorial choices continues. Remember the stylish camel coat and perfectly paired brown accessories the future royal wore for the Christmas service at the Church of St. Mary Magdalene?

Well, a certain fashion label has revealed the look she wore for the rest of her first Christmas day with the royal family, and it’s every bit as perfect as you’d expect.

To recap: Meghan chose to don a tan coat, brown boots and a brown hat for the special occasion, her entire outfit allegedly cost over $10,000. (That’s the price of being a royal, apparently.)

Meghan’s coat by Canadian label Sentaler retails for $1,295 USD, which is approximately $1,675 AUD, while her over-the-knee suede boots by Stuart Weitzman retail for around $1,000 AUD. The tan leather bag she was carrying is designed by Chloé, and is valued at over $2,000. According to Just Jared, Meghan also reportedly accessorised with earrings that retail for almost $6,000 USD (which is around $7,700 AUD).

As fashion-savvy and eagle-eyed fans may have already noticed, she wore a festive deep red number under her winter layers:

And now, Canadian fashion label Club Monaco has confirmed that it was their stunning ‘Tay dress’ that Meghan wore for Christmas Day with the Queen and co. at Sandringham.

During his stint as Guest Editor of Radio 4’s Today program, Prince Harry revealed that Meghan’s first royal Christmas was a resounding success.

“It was fantastic. She really enjoyed it, the family loved having her there,” he said.

“Together we had a really amazing time. We had great fun staying with my brother and sister-in-law and running around with the kids,” he added.

When Harry was asked if there were any family traditions which had to be explained to his future wife, Harry replied: “Oh plenty! I think we’ve got one of the biggest families that I know of and every family is complex as well…”

He concluded, “She’s done an absolutely amazing job. She’s getting in there. And it’s the family that I suppose she’s never had.”

However, that final comment didn’t sit well with Meghan’s half-sister, who publicly laid into the Prince soon after.

“Actually she [Meghan] has a large family who were always there with her and for her,” she said on Twitter.

“Our household was very normal and when Dad and Doria divorced, we all made it so it was like she had two houses.

“No one was estranged, she was just too busy.

“Meg’s family (our family) is complete with sister, brother, aunts, uncles, cousins, and the glue of our family, our amazing completely self-sacrificing father. She always had this family… Marrying merely extends it.

“She has a large family. She always did. Our dad is amazing and completely self-sacrificing. We made it so that she had two houses. How fun it was!”

The mother-of-three, who claims to have helped raise Meghan, believes her sibling has always had royal ambitions, musing, “Her behaviour is certainly not befitting of a Royal Family member,” before adding she was driven by “social climbing.”

“Hollywood has changed her. I think her ambition is to become a princess.”

“It was something she dreamed of as a girl when we watched the royals on TV. She always preferred Prince Harry — she has a soft spot for gingers.”

The pair has not been on speaking terms since 2008.

Meghan’s half-brother also told Daily Mail that her father, Donald Markle Jr was “extremely hurt” by the comments.

“My dad was the glue for all that. I would have Christmas at my house with my kids, my dad would have a Christmas at his house, Doria would have a Christmas,” he said.

“One way or the other, we all made the rounds and saw each other. When we could, we got together for Christmas dinners. So as far as the family she never had goes, she probably had like four Christmases in one day – it would be a really busy day.”

Her half-brother, Thomas Jr, says that while he’s not estranged from the star, they haven’t spoken since 2011 when she moved to Toronto to star in Suits.

“She got to the point where she got busier and busier so it was really hard to nail her down,” he said.

“It’s not really that we grew apart, it was she was out there [in Toronto] doing her job – it was the biggest deal she got on TV so she had no time.

“But we spent a lot of weekends together with our grandmother [Doris Markle] before she left.”

Thomas Jr added that he does not expect to get an invite to the royal wedding.
