Crown Princess Mary knows how to make a statement – both through words and fashion.
So it should come as no surprise that the Danish royal fully showed up to her latest uplifting engagement with a corker of an outfit to boot.
But while we’re accustomed to seeing her don block colours and power suits, this time around was a little different.
Sharing her latest escapade to Instagram, the Danish royal palace shared two beautiful images of the royal alongside a caption which roughly translated to: “Today, the Crown Princess helped pay tribute to seven inspiring and committed teachers when the Ministry of Education and Research awarded the Teaching Prize for the first time.”
It explained that the award aimed to increase awareness for the importance of a teacher’s role, especially when it comes to wider education in the country.
Prizes were awarded to seven winners, which were presented by the Crown Princess – who, incidentally, looked every bit as radiant as the awardee’s.
For the occasion, Princess Mary opted for a beautiful long-sleeved dress featuring a unique floral print on white.
The midi-length fitted design also had a clinched waist and was accessorised with a pair of blue pumps and simple jewellery.
Funnily enough, this isn’t the first time we’ve seen Mary wearing the dress in question – she opted for the design back in 2018 for her husband Crown Prince Frederik’s 50th birthday.
Mary certainly isn’t shy of a print either – in fact, one of her best looks of all time was a beautiful pink design she wore to Copenhagen Fashion Week in 2019.
Again, the frock was clinched at the waist with a belt and long sleeves – though instead of being white, the dress featured a print over a beautiful pink hue.
The Crown Princess has been keeping busy since emerging from the initial lockdown in Denmark – though not before having a decent holiday with her family.
Indeed the Princess looked to have a prime summer vacation in August, with the palace releasing a number of snaps from their break.
“Another summer went by,” the post read.
“All six of us enjoyed it around Denmark, and here on this year’s last summer day we send a late summer greeting.”
In the gorgeous images, the family are seen walking around the idyllic Palace grounds.
