We were ready for an epic end to this season and according to Twitter fans were not left disappointed.

While the season four finale left us in tears after the death of Bea Smith (Danielle Cormack) the tone of last night’s finale was very different.
The inmates of Wentworth Correctional Centre were hell bent on exacting revenge on Joan “The Freak” Ferguson (Pamela Rabe).
The final scene saw The Freak buried alive. Though we didn’t see her actually die, her chances of surviving probably aren’t great…
But with another season on the way, we’re not ready to rule out a possible return of The Freak. Mainly because we just want more of the incredible Pamela Rabe on our screens!
