On 17 June 2019, Woman’s Day published an article about singer, songwriter and The Voice coach, Boy George.
The article falsely suggested that Boy George was involved in wild partying and that this was affecting his role as coach on The Voice. Woman’s Day unreservedly withdraws those adverse comments.
Woman’s Day accepts that Boy George has been sober for many years and that he approaches all of his performances and other appearances with the utmost professionalism.
Woman’s Day apologises to Boy George for the hurt and damage caused to him as a result of the publication of the article.
