In any career, newbies need to learn the ropes somehow – and what better way to get on top of it all than to find an experienced mentor?

That’s exactly what these Neighbours starlets did when they moved in to Ramsay Street!

During our exclusive photoshoot, we chatted to Colette Mann and Lilly Van der Meer about their close bond, while Tim Kano reveals Stefan Dennis was the first person he looked to when learning to play a villain.

Rebekah Elmaloglou, meanwhile, says she knew Mavournee Hazel had star quality as soon as she walked in the door!

Now, we’re sharing even more snaps from the day – and they’ll only prove how perfect these best mates are together!

“She walked in and it was like, ‘A star is born – and I birthed her!’ Rebekah says of mentee, Mavournee.

“You have to up your game working with Steffy,” Tim says about acting alongside Neighbours veteran, Stefan Dennis.

“Colette said to my mum, ‘Don’t worry, I’ll look after your daughter and show her how it’s done,'” Lilly reveals.

“She’s in my phone as ‘Mama Bek’,” Mavournee says.

The lads share an easy rapport.

Neighbours’ Tim Kano reveals who he most looked forward to working with on Ramsay St

Lilly is in awe of Colette’s experience.

Rebecca and Mavournee bonded right away.

The boys laugh over the fact Paul Robinson has been around for longer than Tim has even been alive!

“I love kids like her who are open…and put their head down and get on with it,” Colette says.

Rebekah believes Mavournee has star quality.

Lilly Van der Meer reveals her favourite Neighbours co-stars

Stefan shows Tim how it’s done.

Colette sees a bright young future for her young co-star.

The pair gush over ex-Neighbours star, Margot Robbie’s, success.

Stefan is teaching Tim to play a loveable villain like Paul.

“I felt like Lilly was my responsibility,” Colette reveals, adding that she was also once taken under the wing of an experience co-star.
