Before entering The Bachelorette Australia mansion, Sophie Monk made it clear she wasnโt on the show to play games.
And the 37-year-old reiterates her strong stance this week when she asks one of the bachelors to leave the show before the rose ceremony even begins.
Sophieโs shock decision comes after one suitor admits heโs not sure if he can fall in love with her.
โIโve had a few private relationships and thatโs the way I like it,โ he tells Sophie. โI donโt think itโs anyone elseโs business.โ
Which of these men will be asked to leave?
His words instantly sound alarm bells for the singer and actress.
โIโm sure I want to be here and fall in love โ youโre not sure and there are guys here who definitely want to be with me,โ Sophie fires back.
โI want someone who loves me 100 per cent. I want someone who wants me, so Iโm going to choose them over you.โ
Then, in a moment no-one sees coming, Sophie asks him to leave.
โI just think you should go off and meet the right girl,โ she says. โAnd I promise you, itโs not me.โ
But it doesnโt go down well.
โThis is bulls**t,โ he mutters under his breath as he storms off. Sophie is in utter disbelief.
โThat was full-on,โ she says. โI think the guys should know if they want to be here or not. I donโt have any time to waste. I feel terrible, but what are we doing?โ
As tough as it was for Sophie to make the call, sheโs adamant it was the right thing to do.
โIโm learning so much about myself, itโs ridiculous,โ she says. โIโm learning to stand up for myself. Usually, Iโd just let them stay, but I canโt. I want to fall in love, so I have to do this.โ

After Sophie sends the man home, host Osher Gรผnsberg takes matters into his own hands by giving the boys a stern warning.
