We can’t make this stuff up.
And before you raise your concerns of the shock jock contracting some form of jungle fever… There is a reasonable explanation for all of this.
Steve Price is a man of his word.
The Project panelist had made a promise to Dane Swan during their time on I’m a Celebrity Get Me Out of Here, that he’d get his very first ink job.
The former AFL player, who is tattoo connoisseur, took Steve to his tattoo studio in Melbourne, Renegade Art Society.
Dane shared the hilarious moment on Instagram, remarking, “So here is @steveprice7571 making good on his bet from the jungle down at @renegadeartsociety . Well done and going through with it mate.”
While Pricey never breaks an honour, he does have issue when a needle touches his skin.
The radio star can be heard shrieking in the video, with Dane laughing in the background.
“Ow, s–t!” Steve shouts. “That didn’t go well … You said it didn’t hurt!”
His new body art sits proudly on his bicep and according to Dane, we’ll get the full rundown on The Project!
Alot of the I’m a Celeb gang have remained good friends.
Just a few days ago Dane joined Ash Pollard, Nazeem Hussain and Steve Price for a well-earned catch up… But soon things got a little messy, or what Peter Helliar called a “bender”.
The comedian hinted to the audience that things took a turn when Steve “couldn’t make it home.”
“I took a little tumble … a little tumble,” the radio host admitted, before revealing there was “a bit of blood” involved.
Showing Carrie that the fall left a mark on his scalp, Steve remained tight-lipped on how it occurred, quipping, “I don’t think we need to go into details.”
It’s clear that Pricey is a changed man since leaving South Africa.
“I’m completely changed. I never thought it would happen but I’m completely changed. I used to abuse people when I’d drive around in my car; I don’t do that anymore. I am totally, honestly, 100% changed and much happier in myself,” he said on the panel.
Don’t worry guys, Steve will still have the odd shock jock moment.
“I’m not going to end up an old lefty like Waleed, but I might move that way a little bit. I’ll come to the centre, maybe.”
