We caught up with Nicole to find out more about her beauty routine…

What was your approach to beauty like growing up?

My mom didn’t really make me wear makeup, so I guess it was less is more. It was focused on skin care so I didn’t need the makeup. I’d drink a lot of water, and I focused more on using a little lip gloss and tweezing my eyebrows because I thought they were too bushy to frame my face.

What does your routine involve now?

I wash my face in the morning and use lots of moisturiser. Then at night I wash again, use toner, serum, and an eye cream. I have very sensitive skin so tend to stick to what works for me. I always drink a lot of water and stay hydrated, but I break the rule about not sleeping in makeup. I do it all the time when I’m shattered.

Nicole shares her secrets to radiant skin.

Which product or ingredient are you loyal to?

Coconut oil. It can be used for almost everything. There are hundreds of uses for it. Google it: you’ll thank me later.

What’s in your everyday makeup kit?

MAC lip pencil, Charlotte Tilbury brown and black eyeliner, Laura Mercier concealer, and Lucas’ Papaw Ointment.

Nicole swears by Charlotte Tilbury eyeliner for everyday use.

Aside from beauty, how do you pamper yourself?

I like a deep tissue massage by a strong woman! And for a quick fix, hot yoga, a cold shower, and an espresso shot. I like working out as much as possible, as it helps to set my mind straight for the day. The endorphins are great. I’m also very much about eating what you want, within moderation. You’ve got to enjoy yourself, right?
