Super fit Lynzey, who forms one half of the hugely popular “Texan” father-daughter team on this year’s My Kitchen Rules, got up close and personal with her training partner (and boyfriend!), Fred, during a workout session on Sydney’s Bondi beach.
Lynzey, 23, is of course known for her incredibly fit lifestyle and has shared a series of workout videos online as promotion for her personal training business. She and Fred train together almost daily.
The highly-photogenic and super-toned couple are believed to have been together since 2013 when they met through their shared passion of fitness and healthy lifestyles.
