In sad news for Lincoln Younes, his show Grand Hotel has been cancelled after just one season.
The 27-year-old former Home And Away star took to Instagram and Twitter to react to the news, sharing an emotional farewell to the US drama and his castmates.
“Always sad to say goodbye… Just got the news our little #GrandHotel familia won’t be reuniting again,” he penned.
“But this job has brought me more joy than I could have ever imagined and for that I’ll always be supremely grateful. Thank you to the incredible fans who checked in every night and invested in our alter-egos.
“Thank you to the wonderful creatives in the various departments who made every day on set a dream. Thank you to my cast mates for letting me bask in their light for a time. And a special thank you to @briantanen, @evalongoria and @bspeck1 for their unrelenting passion and love for us and our show and for giving me the gift of Danny. Peace and love from the #RivieraGrand 😘✌ xx “
Lincoln’s former Home and Away co-stars took to the comments section of his Instagram post to offer their support.
“You killed it brother,” Tai Hara wrote, while Luke Mitchell added: “Onwards & upwards big fella! Great work!”
Earlier this year, Lincoln told TV WEEK how grateful he was to have scored the role, especially in the cutthroat world of Hollywood.
“It’s such an unpredictable industry. I have a lot of extremely talented friends who deserve the opportunity just as much, but haven’t been given the chance yet, so I’m thankful for this moment,” he said at the time.

Lincoln worked closely with Eva Longoria on the series, who produced the show and had a guest role as Beatriz Mendoza.
“She’s one of the most down-to-earth people you’ll ever meet,” Lincoln previously told OK!
“She’s generous, she’s engaged and she wants to help – and [her 14-month-old son] Santi became our little producer. I’ve become an unofficial babysitter!”
