If you know nothing else about Kim Kardashian, you know that she isn’t one to keep her private life, well…private.
In an shocking new interview with Elle UK, the reality TV queen opened up about her struggles with getting pregnant and the obstacles she faced on her rocky road to motherhood.
The 34-year-old, who is now proud mother to 17-month-old North West, recalled the moment when doctors told her she might never be able to have children, just months before she fell pregnant.
“A few years ago I was told I could never get pregnant,”’ she told the magazine.
“Three different doctors told me the same thing, which is why I wanted to have my eggs frozen.”
Worried she may have trouble conceiving naturally, the Keeping Up With The Kardashians star said she had started looking at other options when she found out she was expecting her first child.

“I was just about to do that when I found out I was pregnant with North,” she said.
Kim and her rapper husband Kanye West are now keen to give their little miracle Nori a brother of sister, and while they’re trying, Kim is aware it may not be that easy.
“I want a boy and another girl; I want it to start happening straightaway,” Kim revealed.
“I loved being part of a huge family – and I want that for North.
“We’d do IVF if nothing happens, but we both want to keep trying naturally.”
And while the brunette beauty says that being North’s mum has changed “absolutely everything,” during her pregnancy she admitted to hating some moments.
“I wouldn’t say it’s been easy,” she told Entertainment Tonight.
“When people say that pregnancy is fun and they love it, I would have to disagree. Even my sister has made it look easy, but it’s not as easy as people think.”
