The Keeping Up With The Kardashians star is still trying to settle her divorce with her estranged husband of just 72 days Kris Humphries, and now a deposition from one of her show’s producers could see it turn into an even bigger mess.

In a court document obtained by Life & Style magazine, executive producer Russell Jay shares secret details of how the show and some elements of Kim’s wedding – from the proposal to the divorce – were scripted.

Russell’s statement claims that Kim allegedly knew the “surprise” wedding proposal was coming, and also reshot the scene because she did not like her reaction in the first take.

He also claims that at least two scenes in which Kris was portrayed in a negative light were scripted, reshot or edited, that Kim used a “tear stick” to cry on the show, and that some scenes were even created from scratch.

In one episode Kim confesses to her mum Kris Jenner that she is struggling with her marriage, but Jay claims this was filmed after Kim filed for divorce in 2011.

The deposition would seem to support Kris’s claim that Kim married him just for publicity.

Kim will appear in court on May 6, 2013 to defend the allegations.
