She walked away from The Bachelor Australia‘s Matty J earlier this year, after getting in to an argument with her fellow contestants, but reality star Jen Hawke says she has no regrets about her time on the show.
“I don’t regret doing The Bachelor,” she tells OK!.

“I probably regret playing up the villain character as much as I did. I can sit here and honestly say that I did not let Australia see who I honestly am and I think whilst I was an entertaining villain.”
“I think it’s a shame that Australia didn’t get to see who I am as a person,” she adds.
And the 27-year-old admits her time on the show has given her inspiration to write a book all about her experience on The Bachelor Australia.
“I just started writing down what happened in the house and the lead up to the house, and then I had a 200 page document, which is a semi-fictional, semi-factual book,” she shares.
“That’s something that’s floating around at the moment that I’m having fun with.”
“People’s names have been changed and some people have merged, so three girls have become one girl, because some people just aren’t relevant enough to be their own character,” Jen adds.
And while rumours that Jen was set to star in Bachelor In Paradise in 2018 have been floating around, the reality star tells OK! that she will never be on the “scummy” show.
“That’s completely no interest to me,” she tells.
“I think that it’s going to be quite tawdry and quite scummy, so it’s not my avenue at all and I made it quite clear.”
As for her two exes, Jake Ellis and Blake Coleman, appearing on the show – Jen shares she’s only rooting for one to find love.
“I’ve spoken to Jake while [he’s been] over there. I said, go for Megan, she’s an absolute babe and we know she’s a legend, so I really hope that’s where he puts his attention,” she explains.
“As for Blake, I’m more concerned that he’s going to be in the public eye than anything,” Jen, who accused Blake of threatening to release nude photos of her earlier this year, admits.
“I think that someone with his criminal history, as has been reported, in regards to assaulting someone and leaving them temporarily paralysed is pretty shocking.”
“And I don’t think that’s an example that should be put on national TV. I don’t think that’s someone that young boys should be able to watch and look up to.”
But despite her refusal to be a part of it, Jen says she might still give it a watch.
“I’ll probably watch it for a giggle, but to be honest I think it’s going to be a trainwreck,” she tells.
