In emotional scenes in The Bold And The Beautiful, Liam (Scott Clifton) returns to his Malibu home for the first time since learning about Steffy’s (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) betrayal.
Having discovered she’s pregnant, Steffy confessed to sleeping with Liam’s father, Bill (Don Diamont).
A paternity test proved Liam is the dad, but the pain of his wife’s infidelity was too much to bear.
“Liam is a peaceful, big-hearted, reasonable man, but he’s been dealt a major blow in his life,” executive producer Bradley Bell, 53, says.
Will Steffy turn to Bill to mend her broken heart?
This week, Steffy is thrilled when Liam returns home. But her joy soon fades when he hands her annulment papers.
A hurt Liam laments their lost future together, but agrees to do what’s best for their baby.
Steffy, however, won’t give up on being a family.
“We can do it, Liam,” she begs. “We have to!”
Will Liam give her a second chance?
Elsewhere, Bill is unable to bury his own feelings for Steffy. He confides to friend Justin (Aaron D Spears) that he wants to be with her.
“Bill has feelings for her that he knows he shouldn’t have,” Don, 55, says. “But the child is the priority. He’s putting that above his own desires.”
But with her marriage in ruins, will Steffy run back to Bill?
