Hold each other tight Home and Away fans, because this week was been a hard watch for everyone. As Summer Bay grieved the loss of Billie (Tessa de Josselin), Sam (Cheree Cassidy) sunk her claws deeper into Zac (Charlie Clausen), and Olivia (Raechelle Banno) and Mason (Orpheus Pedger) drifted further apart.
BILLIE’S GOODBYE
It was one of the most beautiful and heartbreaking scenes of Home and Away to date. We could feel it coming, and yet we couldn’t stop it. As baby Luc’s blessing ended in tragedy, Billie’s days were numbered. She and VJ (Matt Little) made their love official as they exchanged vows in the hospital.
Billie and Ash have a heart-to-heart.
Billie’s final moment wasn’t a sudden shock for fans, but rather a slow release that played out in front of a gorgeous Summer Bay sunrise.
As she and VJ sat on the beach with baby Luc, she told VJ she loved him and how he will be a great father. With that, she was gone as a teary-eyed and heartbroken VJ held her tight.
WOULD I LIE TO YOU?
Oh boy! If life couldn’t get much worse for Leah (Ada Nicodemou), seductive Sam is back and after her husband. Not only that, but she’s been in town for some time now and Zac knew!
Now Leah is questioning if he has lied about anything else…
The pressures of helping VJ raise baby Luc has seen Leah lose sleep and struggle to give any time to her husband, who is also feeling neglected. Will his lie end their marriage?
THREE’S A CROWD
The love triangle between Olivia, Hunter and Mason is getting complicated! After Mick’s return and the bushfire, Irene (Lynne McGranger) and Marilyn (Emily Symons) are struggling to cope. As a favour to them, both Hunter and Olivia offer their services at the diner. Unexpectedly, they are paired together in the kitchen.
Soon talk of Billie’s deteriorating health and the bushfire leads an emotional Olivia to find comfort in Hunter’s arms. Uh oh.
But, Mason is giving up without a fight and this week, he asked for advice from brother Justin. Will it be enough to keep her? Only time will tell…
