The nominations for the 2022 TV WEEK Gold Logie have just been announced at a star-studded event on the Gold Coast this morning.
Some of your favourite stars from shows including Home and Away, Wentworth and The Project were on hand to celebrate the nominations, with all eyes on the Gold category in particular.
This year, there are seven nominees for The TV WEEK Gold Logie Award for Most Popular Personality On Australian TV.
The nominees for the coveted Gold Logie Award are Hamish Blake, Julia Morris, Karl Stefanovic, Melissa Leong, Ray Meagher, Sonia Kruger and Tom Gleeson.

Ray Meagher is gunning for a second Gold Logie win. He won the award for Most Popular Personality on Australian Television back in 2010 for his long-running role of Alf Stewart on Home and Away.
He’s also nominated for a Silver Logie for Most Popular Actor.

MasterChef Australia host Melissa Leong is a first-time nominee, up for the TV WEEK Gold Logie Award.
It’s a big year for Melissa, who is also nominated for the Bert Newton Award for Most Popular Presenter for her judging role on MasterChef Australia.
Sonia Kruger has barely left our screens this year, making her a well-deserved nominee for the Gold Logie Award.
Her hosting roles have included Big Brother, Holey Moley, Dancing with The Stars: All Stars, The Voice and The Voice Generations.
Karl Stefanovic is vying for his second Gold Logie win after taking out the award back in 2011.
He’s nominated this year for his co-hosting role on Today as well as his work on 60 Minutes, most notably for his sit-down interview with Scott Morrison and his wife Jenny.
Like many of his fellow Gold nominees, Tom Gleeson is also up for the Most Popular Presenter Award and TV WEEK Gold Logie Award.
His series, Hard Quiz, is also nominated for Most Popular Entertainment Program.
Hamish Blake is a Logies regular, having won the Gold for Most Popular Personality on TV back in 2012.
And the 2022 Logies are set to be another big year for the comedian!
Hamish is also nominated for the Bert Newton Award for Most Popular Presenter, while his show LEGO Masters is up for Most Popular Entertainment Program.
Julia Morris was nominated for the Gold Logie for her role on I’m A Celebrity…Get Me Out Of Here! in 2019 – the last time the Logies went ahead before the pandemic struck.
This year, I’m A Celebrity…Get Me Out Of Here! is also nominated for Most Popular Reality Program.
Can she secure the Gold Logie this time around?
