So when handsome, Melbourne-based dentist Theja Surapaneni appeared on the ABC’s Hard Quiz and sent women, particularly mothers, into total meltdown a beautiful internet sensation was born.
Even the show’s host, comedian Tom Gleeson noticed the 24-year-old’s appeal.
“We have had attractive people on our show before but not like Theja. He was so attractive it almost broke the quiz show. It was hard to concentrate,” he said of the contestant who’s good looks have racked up over 3 million views on a social media clip posted by the network.

Looks aside, this young man has some very attractive personality traits too. He has a whip-fast wit that charmed the crowd and challenged the show’s comedian host when he noted, “Your family’s from India. You’re a dentist. And your expert subject is Sachin Tendulkar. Are you a cliche?”
Theja responded: “Yea, I get in my Uber at night and own my 7-Eleven during the week.”
He has a very good job
Aussie mums won’t be worried abut their daughter’s dating a waster if they brought Theja home to meet the fam. The handsome, funny guy is a dentist. Meaning, he has a stable career and great teeth! Tick, tick, tick!

“I don’t have a girlfriend,” Theja admitted to Be.
However, there may be a long waitlist for this dentist who says he has been overwhelmed with a flood of friend requests on Facebook.
“Yes, there’s a lot of random messages and friends requests from all ages,” he said.
“To be honest, it’s mainly old white ladies or Indians, not from Australia though,” he joked.
