But behind Anthony’s cold facade, the reality star has been hiding a secret: he has feelings for Cheryl.
Just days after Anthony publicly humiliated his on-screen wife, flight attendant Nadia, 36, by calling her “frigid”, a set insider has revealed the real reason he’s been on the attack.
“Anthony’s been hiding the way he feels about Cheryl from the get-go,” our on-set source says.
Anthony, pictured with pseudo wife Nadia, has hidden his feelings for Cheryl by lashing out at her.
“Although he’d never admit it, he fancied her as soon as he laid eyes on her, which is why he’s been so critical of her.”
“He personally felt affronted when she ended her relationship with Jonathan, only to choose Andrew over him.”
Indeed, Anthony made no secret of his fury when he found out Cheryl, 25, had made a play for Andrew.
In an on-screen rant, he told cameras, “The fact Cheryl’s got a second bite of the cherry with Andrew – she left Jonathan last week – that was her decision to leave, so does she deserve a second chance based on that? In my opinion, no!”
Cheryl was taken aback when Anthony had a go at her but it turns out he has had his eye on her.
The 33-year-old’s extreme reaction to salon manager Cheryl’s decision shocked everyone, but insiders claim Anthony’s outburst was simply a symptom of his jealousy.
Sadly, sources say Anthony hasn’t been so loyal.
Rumours are rife that the career-oriented contestant dumps Nadia just days after the finale, with insiders revealing Nadia was “blindsided” and “heartbroken.”
