During a quiet moment on her June wedding day in Puglia, Italy, Anna Heinrich sat down, took a deep breath and reflected on her life with soon-to-be husband Tim Robards.

โ€œI was sitting in my gown and suddenly realised, โ€˜Wow, this is all real โ€“ Iโ€™m about to get married!'โ€ Anna, 31, recalls of her special day.

โ€œThe journey [to this point] has been crazy and weโ€™ve done every bit of it as a team.โ€

Of course, their love story is unlike most. The pair met just over five years ago.

Network Ten had just started filming the first-ever season of The Bachelor Australia and Tim was hopeful about finding true love.

And somewhat unexpectedly, he did โ€“ and fast.

In a matter of weeks, Anna and Tim had fallen in love on national TV.

But as the wedding dress gets packed away and the honeymoon is all but over, whatโ€™s next for the newlyweds?

โ€œWe definitely want kids,โ€ Anna reveals. โ€œItโ€™s just about timing. Itโ€™s important to us and it will be in the near future. But it could be one year or more [away], weโ€™re not sure exactly when.โ€

In the meantime, as we eagerly await a baby announcement, the couple are busy forging their careers.

Alongside managing his personal training business, Tim, 35, is currently flexing his acting chops on the set of Neighbours.

โ€œHeโ€™s doing so well!โ€ Anna says proudly.

The chiropractor was thrilled to score a guest role in the soap playing a wealthy investor named Pierce Greyson.

The criminal lawyer and brand ambassador is set to appear in a new series, Trial By Kyle, starring radio presenter Kyle Sandilands.

The comedy show is airing as part of Pilot Week on Network Ten.

It will feature the shock jock presiding over his own courtroom, in which real-life cases featuring celebrities and members of the public will be judged and ruled upon.

Anna will offer legal advice and analyse the evidence presented to the court.

โ€œItโ€™s like Judge Judy with a twist,โ€ she explains. โ€œIโ€™ve loved doing it and working with Kyle. He is so great at what he does. He doesnโ€™t sit on the fence, so he brings a no-nonsense attitude to it all.โ€

While Kyle has never shied away from speaking his opinion, Anna insists thereโ€™s more to the celebrity than meets the eye.

โ€œHe has a lot of different sides and heโ€™s very real in his approach and sees things as they are,โ€ she says. โ€œBut he is also compassionate and a really great guy.โ€

This isnโ€™t the first time Anna has returned to TV since The Bachelor.

She also appeared on Iโ€™m A Celebrityโ€ฆGet Me Out Of Here! in 2015.

Anna says walking through the corridors at Network Ten is a touching reminder of when she first met Tim.

โ€œWeโ€™re back where it all began,โ€ she enthuses.

โ€œThe best thing about the journey from The Bachelor to now is having Tim there with me. We havenโ€™t jumped into anything too quickly and weโ€™ve evolved.โ€

โ€œThe Bachelor is where we met and weโ€™re married now, so we appreciate it all. At the same time, weโ€™re moving on and forging our life together. Weโ€™re more of a team now, but in a way, we always were.โ€
