Itโs been a turbulent few weeks for Blockheads Dylan and Jenny who are now the only contestants from this yearโs season to not sell their house.
Whilst the couple started out strong, and had the unique advantage of being both qualified tradies, a buyer was nowhere in sight for the couple who were left heartbroken at auction.

Their five bedroom, three bathroom home was built over 12 weeks, boasting a dedicated outside entertaining space, a โpalatialโ living room with sprawling countryside views, a โdecadentโ dressing room and a number of luxurious features including (but not limited to) a self contained granny flat, wood fired pizza oven, wood fired hot tub, and a heated pool.
โCreated and crafted without compromise, the expansive dimensions of this unrivaled family residence seamlessly combines an innovative sustainable design, luxurious finishes and entertainment grandeur,โ the property listing reads.
Described as a โstrikingโ and โpanoramicโ family home on a sizeable 5.3 hectares, the property was valued at more than $4m, failing to attract offers over the $4.08m reserve at this yearโs auction.
And now, things have gone from bad to worse, the property now estimated to be worth $1.63m, despite an indicative selling price of between $4.08m and $4.4m.

The living room is described as โpalatialโ.

โWe want to say a huge thankyou to our amazing team,โ Jenny and Dylan wrote in an Instagram post.
They said the real estate agents were like a โsecond familyโ and thanked them for going โabove and beyondโ with the house.
โOur Block home is still on the market, we have no doubt they will sell it very soon,โ the Block couple said.

The couple clearly donโt blame their real estate agents for the lack of saleโฆ.
(Image: Instagram)Things are looking up however for the pair who announced this week that they will be moving into their โlittle blue beach shackโ in Palm Beach, Queensland which they purchased and renovated before appearing on The Block.
Jenny and Dylan have declined to make further comments to Now to Love until their The Block property is sold.
