From hair-raising challenges, disgusting tucker trials and heated campsite drama, our favourite celebs have never failed to make us laugh.
To celebrate the eighth installment kicking off last week, TV WEEK has rounded up the top five most unforgettable jungle moments from seasons past.
Toni Pearen’s head was put in a cage filled with snakes, but the tucker trial resulted in multiple strikes to the face.
(Ten)1. Toni Pearen’s snake bites
In an effort to win stars for her team, Toni Pearen’s head was put in a cage filled with snakes. The objective was to turn a little wheel with her chin but in the process, she angered the snakes surrounding her resulting in multiple strikes to the face.
Despite the blood gushing from her face, she didn’t call out those fateful words. What a trooper!
2. Miguel Mastre sneaks in contraband
He ended up winning the jungle crown but was it because of the contraband he snuck into camp? The talented chef managed to sneak in more banned items than any other celebrity in history.
He snuck in salt, lime, paprika, pomelos, sugar and coffee in his shoes, making the tastiest food the jungle had ever had before it was confiscated.
In season seven, British reality star Charlotte Crosby and Married at First Sight alum Ryan Gallagher caught each other’s eye.

There’s nothing like a camp fling to captivate the bored celebs… and us at home. In season seven, it was British reality star Charlotte Crosby and Married at First Sight alum Ryan Gallagher that caught each other’s eye.
The couple got together on the show and their romance continued in the real world for a few months until it fizzled out. It was fun while it lasted!
4. Dr Chris Brown vomits after giving a challenge a go…twice
When the celebs decided to skip a food trial, and forgo food for the camp, Dr Chris Brown bravely stepped in to give it a try. But after tasting the challenge food, a fermented herring known as Surstromming, he promptly threw up.
It’s not the first time he’s lost his guts on the show after taking a sip of a smoothie made from bugs. We wonder whether he’s learnt his lesson?

For blogger and professional gossip, Perez Hilton, the jungle environment was challenging. After Miguel Mastre cuts up banana for the group, Perez becomes enraged when he overhears Ryan Gallagher suggest to Charlotte Crosby that she eats it instead of the oats provided.
Perez takes it as a sign of disrespect to Miguel, shouting at his camp mates. The public didn’t like his outburst and he was sent packing just days later.
Perez became enraged when he thought Charlotte was disrespecting Miguel.
