After another dramatic season, The Block is finally reaching an end for 2022.
Last night, contestants got a chance to re-do their weakest rooms in an attempt to increase the value of their respective houses.
Now, while auction day is still around the corner, the houses are officially on the market.
The price of House One on The Block has been revealed.
(Image: Nine)Currently, the most viewed listing is reportedly house number one, belonging to Tom and Sarah-Jane – a small detail which may prove the couple are the frontrunners.

Listed on Belle Property, as per reddit, it is listed for $4,000,000 to $4,400,000.
The website advertises the property as “stunning architectural design meets luxurious country living”.
“Evoking the still tranquillity of the nearby mountain range and offering innate luxury on an indulgent level, this architectural residence beautifully unites its period Queenslander origins with bespoke country relaxation over a sprawling 10 acres (approx) of family leisure,” the site reads.
It goes on to mention the “panoramic views” over the Macedon Ranges, as well as the “carefully” selected palette of natural and warm earth tones.
“A testament to lavish country cooking, the gourmet kitchen boasts Caesarstone benchtops and a complement of high-end appliances, including a 1500mm ILVE Majestic stove.”

As always, Blockheads were quick to share their thoughts in the comments of the reddit thread.
“I’m dubious that there will be high bidding war drama with current financial conditions,” one wrote.
“Is the value of the land high in that area? Otherwise these homes seem very expensive,” another added.
The price listing comes a week after Tom and Sarah-Jane found themselves in hot water after a plagiarising scandal.

(Image: Nine)The controversy occurred when astute reno fans noticed something familiar about the couple’s nursery room, claiming it looked similar to that of Victorian designer’s Kate Walker.
Judges Shaynna Blaze and Darren Palmer both released statements in the wake of the backlash.
“The unfortunate reality is that it’s not possible for us to monitor every design that’s created and posted online. We could tell at the time of judging that the design execution of this room was next-level. Now we understand why,” Shaynna wrote on Instagram.
“I’ve had a conversation with Kate about the situation today, and she has been very understanding.”
