Wednesday night’s episode of The Bachelor was one for the history books, when much adored alum Sam and Snezana Wood and Laura Byrne and Matty J Johnson made their Bachelor return as the “All Stars”.
While Sam and Matty assisted Matt Agnew in his quest for love, the final seven were in for a real treat when Osher revealed that Snez and Laura were coming for a baby shower – after all, they were both pregnant with Charlie Lane and Marlie-Mae at the time of filming.

But there was one moment that was captured on screen that left fans a little miffed – when she touched both women’s bellies seemingly without permission.
And in an exclusive chat with Now to Love, Kristen reveals that there was so much more to the story.
“There has been a lot of attention in the media saying that I’ve touched their bellies without permission,” Kristen said. “And I just really want to clarify that of course I sought permission from them.”
“I asked, ‘would you mind if I touch your beautiful belly’ and of course they weren’t going to show that so I just wanted to defend myself, because of course I would respect that.”

For Kristen, who did not receive a rose in Thursday’s rose ceremony, the elimination came as a huge shock to her.
“I felt like I was having an out of body experience,” she said. “I wasn’t expecting it at all. I didn’t feel like that was where my journey was supposed to come to an end because I really did have such a special connection with Matt.”
And while she believed it “felt like the right time to continue to explore” the relationship further, Matt obviously did not, revealing that there was some things behind the scenes that we “will never know” or that she could even talk about.
“That’s how it ended up with me going home. It was so hard and at the same time I was in so much shock that there were no tears or anything. I handled myself really well, so I’m so proud of myself for that.”
The feelings Kristen had for Matt were genuine and for the the woman nicknamed “China Girl”, leaving the mansion was really difficult.
“It was hard for it to come to an end because I feel like I didn’t really get any closure from the experience,” she admitted.
“But I’m happy to say that Matt has chosen somebody that he’s fallen in love with and I’m happy for them both.”
