Locky Gilbert and Irena Srbinovska have only just started their post-Bachelor journey, but they’re already taking a big step.
The pair are relocating to Perth, the hometown of The Bachelor himself, a big step for Melbourne-based Irena and a big step in general after only recently going public with their relationship.
But it looks like the pair are readier than ever – well, going by their excitable Instagram updates, at least.
On Wednesday evening, the pair reunited with some old, very familiar faces from The Bachelor‘s 2020 season.
Meeting fellow cast mates Juliette Herrera and Bella Colwell for dinner and drinks at popular Eastern suburbs establishment, the Coogee Pavilion, fans had a right roaring reality star reunion haven on our hands.
Juliette, who became close to Irena while they filmed the show earlier this year, shared a candid selfie with her fellow reality stars, writing: “Best night with this crew. Can’t believe I laughed so hard I choked on a hot chippie.”
She added of the pair’s impending departure for Perth: “I miss you guys already.”
Herrera spoke to Now To Love about her close friendship with Irena, telling us “she’s pretty real”.
Meanwhile Bella (also known as Bel), who was eliminated from the show during Love in Lockdown, also seems to be close with Locky and Irena.
On Tuesday, she visited local Bondi restaurant Eden, with the threesome snapping a pic together.
“Absolute ball yesterday with these two,” she wrote.
Speaking to Who following the explosive finale, Irena talked about her decision to move to Perth instead of staying put in Melbourne.
“It was a hard sell for Locky to move to Melbourne with COVID at the moment. I really did not have Melbourne on my side so we made the decision that I would be moving over to Perth and I can’t wait to get over there,” she said.
Locky comically added: “She met some dude on a show and she’s heading over there, that’s about it.”
And despite being miles apart from their beloved co-stars, there’s no doubt they’ll still be feeling the love after that suitable send off.
