The castaways on this season of Australian Survivor have reakky shown the drastic results of living off rice and lentils for weeks on end.
As we reach the tail end of the show, the final five castaways are looking leaner โ and hungrier โ than ever.
But even those who have already been eliminated showed just what the Survivor diet can do to your body over time.
From buff Brawn tribe members like Simon, to lean Brains like Andrew, the challengersโ weight dropped almost as quickly as people were eliminated.
Fans of the show know that itโs common for contestants to lose weight on Survivor, as the harsh conditions and limited food really put their bodies to the test.
Thatโs been even more true for the Survivor: Brains V Brawn castaways, who had to sweat it out in the heat of far north Queensland.
โIt takes its toll, even from a strength perspective,โ Brains tribe member Joey told TV Week of the restricted diet after his elimination.
โYou rock up to these challenges and youโve just got no petrol in the tank.
Of his own transformation he joked: โI think Iโm going to go on the rice and lentil diet before summer hits, I want the abs back!โ

Model Shannon was already slim when she started on Survivor, but by the time she was eliminated sheโd grown even thinner.
